Silicone Lubricants

Upside:   Lasts longer and some say it’s silkier.

Down Side: Have to wash off with Soap, doesn’t fully come off by just rinsing with water. Can’t be used with silicone based sex toys, because it degrades or melts the silicone. Be careful not to ruin your toys.

Favourite Oils

Coconut Oil – Is my absolute favourite when NOT using a condom as it leaves my vagina smooth and silky, not to mention it lasts a long time.It can also be used for body massages. For some women coconut oil can be a bit too sweet especially if she has a yeast infection.

Vitamin E or Grape seed oil– Both of these oils will work as long as it’s pure food grade oil with no additives. It’s slick and smooth, has a natural feel. Just like coconut oil you can use it for body massages.

Avocado Oil – Rich in potassium, silky, smooth, and has no smell or taste, plus you can make a great salad with it.
